Here is a short introduction about the participants. There are thirty students participating in the project, fifteen in each country and they are all students between the ages of 15 to 19 years old at FAS and Stasys Šalkauskis gymnasium.

Each student has a pen pal in the other country and they have already started corresponding and getting to know one another. During the visits the students will be hosted by their partners.

There are four teachers participating in the project, two in each country. Their role in the project is to assist the students preparing the material and also to give some lessons in their chosen field. There is one project leader in each country, Jurate Rimsaite in Lithuania and Hjördís Skírnisdóttir in Iceland.
