Wind power energy

Wind power energy is one of the most promising renewable energy sources which is a kind of energy obtained from air movement.
It is estimated that 1-3% of solar energy reaching the Earth turns into the wind power energy. This is 50-100 times more than the amount of energy passing through photosynthesis into biomass energy.
Most of the energy is obtained from the upper layers of air, where the winds of ~ 160 km per hour constantly blow.
